Jeanette Fraser Pharmacy Student Scholarship
The Jeanette Fraser Pharmacy Student Scholarship aims to support current team members who are seeking to further develop their career in Pharmacy by studying for a Pharmacy Degree.
The LiveLife Pharmacy Network was established in 1986 with the opening of its first pharmacy on Hastings Street, Noosa Heads. Jeanette Fraser, who was integral in the establishment of the LiveLife Pharmacy Network, made a significant contribution to LiveLife with her outstanding 34 years of service prior to her passing in July 2021. Jeanette’s passion for the business and her commitment, supporting the LiveLife partners and the development of all team members, is remembered with great fondness and valued by all whose lives she touched.
The Jeanette Fraser Pharmacist Scholarship, which has been renamed in Jeanette’s honour, aims to support current team members who are seeking to further develop their career in Pharmacy by studying for a Pharmacy Degree.
The aim of the scholarship is to:
• Provide financial support to assist with course subject fees
• Provide on-the-job mentoring and coaching to help develop your skills and knowledge
• Preferential selection to undertake your Internship year at one of the LiveLife Pharmacies within the network – providing varied work experience.
The Jeanette Fraser Pharmacist Scholarship is open to team members at the beginning of their study journey – or team members who have already commenced their studies to become a Pharmacist.
Eligibility and selection for the scholarship is based on a number of factors including current performance, employment status (i.e. full-time or part-time), and a willingness to commit to the Return of Service obligation during and post-completion of subjects.
