Change of mind exchanges or refunds are not available for purchases made from our online store.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law including that the products will be:
• of acceptable quality;
• fit for purpose;
• safe to use; or
• match the description or sample.

If the product you have purchased does not comply with any Consumer Guarantees, you can choose a refund or exchange.

You will need to evidence proof of purchase (eg: your original receipt, credit card statement, order reference) to receive a refund or exchange.

How to return your product
Simply return the product along with your valid proof of purchase, to any LiveLife Pharmacy.

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.

If you purchased your product from our online store
Please contact us within a reasonable time for ‘Consumer Guarantee’ (faulty) returns.

Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled..

Important information for online purchase returns
For ‘consumer guarantee’ (faulty) returns, the original shipping fee will be refunded for refund requests only. Exchanges will be posted free of charge.

If the requirements in this policy are not strictly complied with (for example, if you have indicated that a product is faulty and we later determine it is not faulty) we will be unable to return the product to you, or provide you with a refund or exchange relating to the returned product pending LiveLife Customer Service review.
